Parents\/Guardians will have an opportunity to discuss the report card with teachers at the Parent-Teacher Interviews.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-211-1-0-2\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text\" data-index=\"3\" ><h1>parent-teacher interviews<\/h1>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p>Parent-Teacher Interviews are held twice each school year. Students do not attend school on these days. Parents must sign-up in advance to meet with their child\u2019s teachers. Sign-up sheets for the classroom teachers are posted outside the classroom.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div id=\"panel-211-1-0-3\" class=\"so-panel widget widget_text panel-last-child\" data-index=\"4\" ><h1>monthly newsletters<\/h1>\t\t\t<div class=\"textwidget\"><p>Classroom teachers prepare a monthly class newsletter, distributed via email the first week of the new month.
